I hope that you will see how synthetic organic chemists are approaching "elucidation of food functions" and "development of neuroprotective agents" through the synthesis of bioactive components isolated from mushrooms and structural-activity relationship studies.
This is the first time I have written a manuscript for a private magazine that anyone can buy. It's not treated as if the name appears on the cover, but I would like to keep it as a lifetime asset.
