Laboratory equipments
Diaphragm pump
We have many diaphragm pumps for multi-use such as drying synthetic compounds, vacuuming with an evaporator, suction filtration, and vacuum distillation.
Photoreactor
It is a set of power supply and LED lamp. A lamp can be set in the flask and the reaction can be carried out by irradiating from the inside.
UV lamp
Used to detect TLC spots.
Hot plate
It is used to develop the color of TLC.
Inkjet printer
It is mainly used to save the results of TLC (Thin Layer Chromatography).
Optical rotation meter
Measures the optical rotation of chiral compounds.
Freezer
A freezer that can be stored at –30 ° C. Contains a lot of precious synthetic samples.
Aluminum bath
A thermostat bath containing aluminum beads. High temperature experiments can be performed with more precise temperature control than oil baths.
Blow-type concentrator
Blow air to remove the solvent. The sample solution can be placed in a small vial bottle to remove the solvent.
Ozone generator
Oxygen gas is passed to generate ozone. It is used for ozonolysis and Diels-Alder reaction with oxygen.
Freeze dryer
It is used to remove high boiling point solvents such as water. You can also make lyophilized mushrooms from raw mushrooms.
Glass tube oven
It is used when distilling and purifying a small amount of liquid compounds. Also known as a Kugelrohr distillation apparatus.
Centrifuge
It is used when forcibly settling fine solids that are easily clogged by filtration.
Dry solvent taking out device
A high-purity dry solvent can be taken out by simply twisting the cock.
High vacuum pump and concentrator
A concentrator with a high performance vacuum pump. It is used to remove high boiling point solvents and to purify samples that you do not want to contaminate.
Precision balance
Weigh reagents and flasks. To prevent contamination, we use two balances separately, one is for weighing flasks and the other is for weighing reagents.
Constant temperature circulation tank
Water of a constant temperature can be circulated. Currently, it is mainly used for reflux experiments.
Drying oven
After cleaning the glassware, dry it thoroughly in this oven. Since many chemical reactions must be carried out under anhydrous conditions, it is essential to dry the equipment strictly.
Desiccator
Stores chemicals that are easily decomposed by humidity.
Rotary evaporator
Used to remove the solvent from the solution.
Cryogenic reactor
A reactor that can be kept at an extremely low temperature of about -80 ° C.
High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
It separates compounds (isomers, etc.) that cannot be separated by ordinary column chromatography.
